Immediate opening: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Franklin County, New York. The job is at an accident repair centre. Your main tasks: • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair Requirements: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing 6+ years on the tools preferred.
