Immediate opening: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Nicollet County, Minnesota. You will be based at a commercial fleet workshop. The role involves MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains. What we are looking for: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
