Rebar installer • Sanilac County, Michigan

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar installer in Sanilac County, Michigan. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations Day-to-day duties: • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing We offer $24 per hour plus benefits.
