Gas meter installer wanted in Logan County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Logan County, West Virginia. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces On a typical shift you will install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
