Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Day-to-day duties: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules 2+ years on the tools preferred.
