Estate gardener wanted in Pocahontas County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an estate gardener in Pocahontas County, Iowa. You will be based in a public park. Day to day you will cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds. What we are looking for: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers 1+ years on the tools preferred. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
