Cnc lathe setter wanted in Ogbadibo

Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Ogbadibo, Benue State. The job is on the CNC turning shop floor. Your main tasks: • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Load and index turning tools in the turret You should have: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm Performance bonus on top of base pay.
