We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Pottawatomie County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change You will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. 5+ years on the tools preferred. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
