We are recruiting: we are hiring an excavator operator in Jefferson County, Tennessee. You will work on a housing development site. On a typical shift you will work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers. Ideal candidate: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Part-time with flexible hours.
