Kitchen cook wanted in Borough of Torbay

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Borough of Torbay, England. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
