Fabricator-welder wanted in Treasure County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Treasure County, Montana. You will be based in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. You should have: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Your main tasks: • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding Full-time, day shift.
