Immediate opening: we are hiring a building site helper in Borough of Thurrock, England. Day to day you will clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate. You should have: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage Full-time, day shift.
