What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Your main tasks: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
