The role involves set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
