Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Wilkin County, Minnesota. The role involves: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
