We are recruiting: site safety steward (Montana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a site safety steward in Teton County, Montana. You will work at a busy construction site. The role involves update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry. You should have: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
