Vacancy available: we are hiring a baker in Acadia Parish, Louisiana. On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
