Join our team: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Cumberland County, Illinois. You will work at a manufacturing plant. Your main tasks: • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
