Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Sac County, Iowa. You should have: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers On the job you will handle: • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified Part-time with flexible hours.
