Great opportunity: we are hiring a truck driver in Caldwell County, Kentucky. Ideal candidate: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules You will complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load.
