Ideal candidate: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles On the job you will handle: • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
