Shuttering charge hand wanted in Lincoln County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Lincoln County, Washington. You should have: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts The role involves repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits.
