Join our team: we are hiring a building site helper in Boone County, Iowa. You will be based on a high-rise construction site. The role involves break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour. Ideal candidate: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts.
