Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat cutter in Walsh County, North Dakota. You will work at a wholesale meat market. Your main tasks: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Rotating shifts.
