We are recruiting: we are hiring a long-haul driver in Sabon Birni, Sokoto State. The job is at a logistics warehouse. The role involves couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; present documents at weighbridges and check posts; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards. Requirements: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
