Waiter — Saint Landry Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waiter in Saint Landry Parish, Louisiana. You will raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; clear and reset tables between covers; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
