Now hiring: heavy goods vehicle driver (Kentucky)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Mercer County, Kentucky. You will be based at a haulage company. Day-to-day duties: • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays What we are looking for: • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips Pay around $18 per hour, based on your experience.
