Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads Your main tasks: • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
