Steam press operator • Makarfi, Kaduna State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a steam press operator in Makarfi, Kaduna State. You will work at a textile finishing unit. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases On a typical shift you will remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; give each garment a final press before packing; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Share your details and we will call you back.
