We are recruiting: we are hiring a press setter operator in St. Clair County, Alabama. On the job you will handle: • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed Ideal candidate: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards Full-time with occasional weekends.
