The role involves pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
