Immediate opening: we are hiring a tyre and wheel fitter in Shelby County, Missouri. Day-to-day duties: • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights • Fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly • Inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills • Remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts What we are looking for: • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets • Awareness of workshop health and safety Performance bonus on top of base pay.
