Immediate opening: we are hiring a floor and wall tile fitter in City and Borough of Salford, England. The job is on a residential construction site. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage Day to day you will set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims; lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge.
