We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Washington County, Wisconsin. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
