Commercial refrigeration engineer • Perry County, Kentucky

Great opportunity: we are hiring a commercial refrigeration engineer in Perry County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
