Join our team: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Franklin County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles You should have: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
