Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Kajola, Oyo State. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Your main tasks: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard 1+ years on the tools preferred.
