Hoist operator • Warri South-West, Delta State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a hoist operator in Warri South-West, Delta State. You will be based on a busy construction site. Your main tasks: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands What we are looking for: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Strong attention to safety and load limits At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
