Canteen cook wanted in Blaine County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a canteen cook in Blaine County, Oklahoma. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day-to-day duties: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Pay around $260 per day, based on your experience.
