Production line operator wanted in San Patricio County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production line operator in San Patricio County, Texas. You will work on a production line. Day-to-day duties: • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet Ideal candidate: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Good attention to detail and steady hands At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
