Great opportunity: chef de partie (Kentucky)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Henderson County, Kentucky. You will work in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies On a typical shift you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
