Join our team: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Madison County, Iowa. The role involves fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding. Requirements: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
