Vertical transportation technician wanted in Union County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Union County, Illinois. The job is on a lift modernisation project. Your main tasks: • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy What we are looking for: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $5,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
