Cement mason • Capitol Planning Region, Connecticut

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cement mason in Capitol Planning Region, Connecticut. You will work on a high-rise slab pour. Day to day you will set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout. Requirements: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $180 per day plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
