Vacancy available: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Graham County, North Carolina. You should have: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor Day-to-day duties: • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring 4+ years on the tools preferred.
