Wood machinist — Adams County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a wood machinist in Adams County, Mississippi. The job is at a shopfitting company. You will finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
