You should have: • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app Day to day you will keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders; wear a helmet and reflective jacket and follow road-safety rules; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end.
