Powder spray gun operator wanted in Wicomico County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Wicomico County, Maryland. You will be based at an automotive components factory. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On a typical shift you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
