Vacancy available: we are hiring a pot washer in Cottle County, Texas. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
