Safety marshal • Boone County, Arkansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety marshal in Boone County, Arkansas. The job is at an oil and gas facility. The role involves: • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task Ideal candidate: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
